I am happily married since 2004 and the mother of a young boy. With a multicultural family myself, I understand how difficult it is to maintain harmony and stability in such a complex relationship.
I have a Master’s in Systems Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University. I did my undergraduate studies in Mexico at the Jesuit University ITESO, majoring in human resources.
I have done social work since 2005 working at SouthWest Youth and Family Services, Refugee Women’s Alliance, FareStart and FamilyWorks.
As a therapist, I have experience working with adolescents, children, families and couples.
I have a big passion for human behavior and human relations, and above all I enjoy helping people find their way to a successful and peaceful life.
In addition to being a therapist, I teach parenting classes “The Positive Discipline Way”, I am a yoga teacher and a DSHS certified interpreter.
